Strategic Litigation

In Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia we have strengthened the capacity of lawyers and other legal practitioners to use international law in their daily work to advance the promotion and protection of women’s human rights.  Through the development of practical guides and a training series, this program aims to encourage lawyers to integrate international human rights standards into their litigation and provides practical strategies for lawyers to enhance their pleadings in domestic courts.
