Youssef El khsassi
Youssef El khsassi, Office Manager, started working with the MRA Mobilising for Rights Associates team in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant, before being promoted to his current position.
He is responsible for budgeting and financial reporting for a variety of international donors in several different currencies. He oversees all operations, administration and accounting, and manages logistics for our activities in Morocco and abroad. He is also in charge of communications and liaising with local associations, government actors, and suppliers in Morocco and Tunisia.
Having previously worked in commerce, Youssef enjoys the non-profit sector for many reasons. In particular, he cites the teamwork, rigor and quality of work required, atmosphere of collaboration and mutual assistance, the sense of responsibility and organization, the active nature of the work, and communicating with a diversity of people across Morocco and in other countries.
